Billing
Monthly/annual auto-renewal, non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Your Responsibilities
Account security, accurate data entry, and acceptable use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Subtraxk (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Description of Service
Subtraxk is a subscription management platform that allows users to:
- Track recurring subscriptions
- Monitor billing cycles and costs
- Receive renewal alerts
- Analyze spending
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid Plans
Subtraxk offers subscription-based plans billed:
- Monthly, or
- Annually
Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- Your payment method will be automatically charged
- Billing will continue until you cancel your subscription
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Subtraxk does not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled in accordance with Stripe's security and compliance standards.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
This includes:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual plans
- Partially used billing periods
If you purchase an annual plan, you are committing to a full billing cycle, and refunds will not be provided for unused time unless required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing only
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued after cancellation unless required by law
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, including payments processed through Stripe, you agree to the following:
- You will first contact Subtraxk at support@subtraxk.com to attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute
- You acknowledge that all billing terms, including automatic renewal and the no-refund policy (subject to applicable law), were clearly presented at the time of purchase
- Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may be considered a violation of these Terms
Subtraxk reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately upon a chargeback or dispute
- Revoke access to the Service without notice
- Recover any outstanding fees, chargeback costs, or administrative expenses associated with the dispute
We may provide relevant account, billing, and usage records to payment processors or financial institutions to resolve disputes.
You agree not to unjustifiably initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges. Abuse of the chargeback system may result in permanent account suspension and legal action where applicable.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with the performance or security of the Service
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
Data and Accuracy Disclaimer
Subtraxk provides tools to track and manage subscription data, but:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered or third-party data
- Alerts and reminders may be delayed, inaccurate, or fail due to technical reasons
You are responsible for verifying subscription details and billing information.
Third-Party Services
Subtraxk may integrate with or link to third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party data accuracy
- External service availability
- Third-party privacy or security practices
Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and intellectual property associated with Subtraxk are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the platform
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the Service
- Required by legal, regulatory, or security reasons
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtraxk shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from missed renewals or subscription charges
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Complete accuracy of data
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Subtraxk harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of data or content
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
